Course management, matching and self-service tools for one of the best-known non-profits in digital education.
Challenge
The rapidly growing education programme hit the limits of manual coordination: course requests, volunteer inspirers and schools had to be matched efficiently, while resource planning, utilisation and quality had to remain transparent in parallel.
Approach
Built a central course management system with clear self-service flows for schools and inspirers. Rule-based matching, augmented by AI-assisted resource-planning suggestions. Iterative rollouts with a short feedback loop to internal teams.
Result
The platform now supports several thousand courses per year and allows a small core team to coordinate a nationwide programme – without growing linearly with it.
