Challenge

Open-ended text feedback from several thousand courses could no longer be evaluated manually. At the same time the existing data sat scattered across course management and surveys and did not add up to a shared picture – while funders and partners expected reliable figures.

Approach

Consolidated the data sources from course management, surveys and open feedback into an analysable base. AI-assisted classification of open answers to surface patterns and recurring themes. Results prepared along the organisation's existing impact indicators.

Result

Analyses across more than 25,000 course participants that were previously not feasible – a reliable data foundation for impact reporting to partners, funders and the public.
